1. Who We Are
This website ("SmoksMail," "we," "us," or "our") publishes reviews and information about email marketing tools for informational purposes. We are an independent affiliate marketer — we are not an employee, agent, or representative of Brevo or any other company we review.
2. What Is an Affiliate Link?
An affiliate link is a specially tracked URL. When you click one of our links and take an action (such as signing up for a free account or making a purchase), the merchant (e.g., Brevo) can attribute that action to us and pays us a commission as a thank-you for the referral.
Affiliate links work through a tracking cookie placed in your browser. For Brevo, this cookie lasts 90 days from the time of your click.
3. What We Earn
For Brevo specifically, we may earn:
- A commission for each free sign-up referred through our link
- A commission for each paid subscription referred through our link
Exact commission amounts are set by Brevo and subject to their affiliate program terms. We do not control the commission rates.
4. How This Affects Our Content
We are committed to providing honest, balanced information. The existence of an affiliate relationship does not mean we endorse every aspect of a product, nor does it mean we will hide negative information about a product to protect our commissions.
We only recommend products we believe provide genuine value. However, you should be aware that our financial incentive exists and weigh our recommendations accordingly. We encourage you to conduct your own research before making any purchasing decision.
5. FTC Compliance
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines under 16 CFR Part 255, we clearly disclose our affiliate relationships. The FTC requires that material connections between endorsers and advertisers be disclosed to consumers. Our affiliate links are a material connection — and that is why this disclosure exists.
This disclosure applies to all pages, posts, and content on this website where affiliate links appear, including but not limited to our homepage, review pages, and any comparison pages.
6. How to Identify Affiliate Links
On this website, affiliate links are typically:
- Labeled with phrases like "Try Brevo Free," "Get Started," or "Start Free"
- Marked with
rel="sponsored"in the HTML - Accompanied by a disclosure note near the call-to-action
If you ever have a question about whether a specific link is an affiliate link, please contact us.
7. Third-Party Pricing & Feature Claims
Pricing and feature information on this website is based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most current plans offered by Brevo. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information up to date, but we cannot guarantee accuracy. Always visit Brevo's official website to confirm current pricing and features before making a purchasing decision.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Any income figures, savings figures, or results mentioned on this website are examples or estimates only. We do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results by using any product we recommend. Your results will vary based on your effort, experience, and market conditions.
9. Contact
